The 6-person apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and serving dishes, a bedroom with a double bed 140×200 and two single beds 180×190, a dining table with 4 chairs, a bathroom with hot water, which includes a hairdryer and towels, and a large terrace with 4 chairs. The studio has WiFi, a TV with three satellites, an extractor fan, an air conditioning unit, window screens, electric roller blinds, and a telephone connected to the reception.

The facility includes private parking. The city beach is located 250m away, the centre is 200m away, the promenade is 200m away, and Lidl is 1km away. The above is all included in the price, except for the tourist tax, which is 0.50 cents per day per apartment.
