The small studio for 2+1 is a single room equipped with a fully-functional kitchen complete with cooking and serving utensils, a double bed (140×200), and a pull-out armchair (80×190). The studio also contains a small table with three chairs, a bathroom with hot water, a hairdryer, towels, and a small terrace with a table and three chairs.
The studio is fitted with internet, a TV with three satellite channels, an extractor fan, air conditioning, window mosquito nets, electric blinds, and a telephone connected to the reception.
The property includes an elevator.
The city beach is 250 meters away, the city centre and the promenade are 200 meters away, and Lidl is 1 kilometre away.

Everything mentioned above is included in the price, except for the tourist tax, which is 2 euros per day.
